Pacific Opera Theatre is the resident student opera ensemble at University of the Pacific. The program boasts a long history of successfully training singers for the professional arena. The ensemble is open to all Pacific students by audition.

Michael Chekhov Technique
Dedicated to the training of strong singer-actors, the curriculum of Pacific Opera Theatre program includes an intensive acting course sequence focusing on the Michael Chekhov technique taught by Professor James Haffner.
